How secure is our online purchase?
Phone, system and part orders placed from our website are processed with Paypal standard secured checkout. Financial data submitted online is processed by Paypal in accordance with the current legal requirements of the Federal data protection law, the telecommunications. Credit Card numbers and financial information submitted online are not be revealed to us by Paypal.
What is your position on Email?
C&D Associates does not send unsolicited "junk" email (spam). We may use email to communicate with our customers, to respond to visitors' emails, to confirm orders placed online, and to send information that a visitor has requested. At no time will C&D Associates sell or otherwise distribute it's customer's email addresses to anyone. If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can simply reply to ask not to receive future emails.
C&D Associates does not, in any way, distribute, transfer, sell or exchange customer information. All customer information is used for the purpose of processing orders or other related activities regarding processing, customer service, and sales offers. C&D Associates is fully committed to protecting your privacy.
Do you sell phones outside the United States?
Yes. C&D Associates will honor all warranties. However, all phone system orders outside the jurisdiction of the United States are non-refundable and non-returnable. Shipping costs, however, from, and to, the customers location to honor the phone equipment warranty, are to be paid by the customer and will not be paid by C&D Associates.
What is Your Return Policy?
C&D Associates accepts returns on new and refurbished phone system equipment. The restocking fee for all returned items and parts is 20%. This also applies to all orders that are cancelled from the time the order is processed. Products must be returned within (30) calendar days of Invoice. After (30) calendar days, no returns will be accepted. All products purchased from C&D Associates must be returned as received with all original packaging, documentation and accessories. Products that are incomplete or defective will not be refunded.

Do you carry New Phone System Products and parts?
Yes. New or unused phone system products come in original manufacture's packaging complete with all original documentation and accessories.
What exactly does refurbished mean?
Refurbished phone products are recondition to manufacturer's specifications. Everyone of our phones and phone systems are disassembled and replaced or repainted as needed. All phone internal circuitry is tested at the component level. Once reassembled, each phone undergoes a rigorous multi-step reconditioning process before being repackaged with new phone cords, designation strips and keycaps/user cards. Before shipping, every phone goes through a complete electronics diagnostics test.
What condition can we expect the phones to be in?
Many of our competitors simply give phones a light cleaning before reselling a "B" or "C" stock product. C&D Associates only sells "A" stock, premium grade phones and system components to eliminate potential problems for our customers and to sustain our good reputation for quality and service. Most refurbished phones and parts are sold in such pristine condition that they could often pass for new.
What does the ONE YEAR WARRANTY COVER?
Every phone, system, or part purchased from C&D Associates comes with a (1) one-year warranty from C&D Associates.(Cordless or Wireless phones excluded) C&D Associates promises to ship phone replacement parts within one (1) business day, when under the warranty.
If a problem occurs with your phone system equipment or parts within the first fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the item, C&D Associates will advance replace it with a prepaid call tag to ship the defective equipment back. C&D Associates will only replace phones using ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available provided the customer pays the total cost to ship the phone systems and/or parts. All call tags are issued with ground services freight.
Customer will be issued a Return Authorization # from C&D Associates and defective equipment will be sent back to no later than thirty (30) business days after date of warranty replacement. Should defective equipment not be returned in proper time, customer will be issued an invoice for the advance replaced item and payment will be due.
